Add Client

To transfer funds via EximPe Global Collection Account, you need to add your customer as a Client in EximPe.

  • Log into your EximPe Global Collection Account
  • Go to the Clients section. 
  • Click Add Client
  • Enter the following information on the Add Client page:
    • Client name: This is a mandatory field. Add the name of the customer here. 
    • Phone number. 
    • Email.
    • Address.
    • Country.
    • State.
    • City.
  • Confirm the details and click Add Client.


The contact will show up in the list when you initiate the process of receiving money in EximPe.

Client details page

The information pertaining to your customer and their transactions via EximPe Global Collection Account are listed on the Client details page. 


Go to the Clients section and click on the customer to find the Client details page. 

Edit Client

You can make changes to the client's details saved in EximPe. 


To update the contact details of your customer:

  • Log into your EximPe Global Collection Account.
  • Go to the Client section. 
  • Find and click on the contact you want to update. 
  • Click Edit Client on the contact details page.
  • Update the following information:
    • Client name.
    • Phone number. 
    • Email.
    • Address.
      • Country.
      • State.
      • City.
  • Confirm the details and click Save Details.
