There are three parts to receiving payments via EximPe Global Collection Account:

Part 1: Share the account information with the customer.

  • Log in to EximPe Global Collection Account
  • On the Dashboard page, you will find the currencies you have access to under the Accounts section.
  • Select the currency you wish to receive funds in. Find the list of currencies supporter here
  • The bank account details will appear in a slide-in window.
  • Copy the account information and share it with your customer.

Part 2: Upload documentation to receive funds.

This part of the process is optional. EximPe will credit the funds to your account even if the invoices are not uploaded.

On the Dashboard page under the Recent Transactions section, you can find the payments with In Progress, Action Required, and Credited status.

There are instances where the invoice is required to credit the payment.

  1. The amount has reached EximPe’s account but needs an invoice to initiate the movement of funds to the Indian bank account.
  2. Invoice is required to initiate the transaction to the account. I.e., EximPe needs the invoice to receive the funds from the customer.

In such scenarios, the status of the transaction will say Action Required.

Follow the steps below to credit the transactions on Action Required state:

  • Go to the Dashboard page.
  • Find the Recent Transactions section and click on it.
  • The Add Invoice Details page will slide in.
  • Enter the invoice number and upload the digital copy of the invoice.
  • Click Save.

Once the payment is credited, you can find the credited amount in INR.

Part 3: Download FIRC.

Within a few hours of receiving your payment, the FIRC will be available in your EximPe account.

To download the FIRC:

  • Log in to your EximPe Global Collection Account.
  • Click the transaction in the Recent Transactions section.
  • The Payments window will slide in. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Click Download FIRC

The file will be saved to your device.

Alternatively, hover of the transaction in the Recent Transactions section to find the option to download.
