EximPe Trade Account KYC.

EximPe trade account facilitates easy transactions between you and your customer/seller abroad.


EximPe provides the best FX rates in the market and as an added advantage, the platform helps you keep track of the funds till it reaches your bank account or your exporter’s bank account. This reduces the ambiguity throughout the fund transfer process. 


Here’s how you can add the your bank account details in EximPe to get started:

  • Login to your EximPe account. 
  • On the Dashboard page, click Get Started.
  • You will be redirected to the EximPe Trade Account Applicationpage. There are two parts to this page:
    1. Basic Details.
    2. Documentation.
  • The first part is Basic Detailswhere you enter the following details:
    • First Name.
    • Last Name.
    • Email ID.
    • Phone Number: This field will be filled in for you with the same number you used to log in to EximPe. 
    • Name of Company.
    • Type of Company: Select one of the options below on the drop-down menu:
      • Private Limited.
      • Partnership.
      • Sole Proprietorship.
      • Limited.
      • LLP.
    • City.
    • Number of Directors.
    • IEC Number.
    • GST Number: This field is optional.
    • CIN number: This field is optional.(for private limited companies)
  • Once all the details are in, click Save and Proceed to confirm.
  • Now we proceed to the second part, Documentation
  • Click the Documentation section, where you need to upload the supporting documents for the details entered on the previous page. This is basically the KYC information EximPe needs from you to validate the details you entered. 
  • The document to upload depends on the Type of Company selected. The table below gives you a comprehensive list:

  • Upload the documents and add the corresponding details in the following screens. 
  • Review all the details and click Submit Application.

Note

The documents should be less than 5 MB in size.



Once the KYC details are in, you will receive an email notification confirming the submission of all the details.


As the next step, EximPe will assign a Relationship Manager to verify your account details and the associated documents. They will get in touch with you for a physical verification. You will receive an email from EximPe with the details of the Relationship Manager.


The Documents Checklist option in the email will give you a list of all the documents you need to with you during the Relationship Manager’s physical verification.


On successful verification, you will receive an email from EximPe informing you that a Trade Account has been opened.


You can view these details on your EximPe account as well.
