KYC Documents Required for various company constituencies

For completing the KYC documentation, customers are requested to upload the following list of documents based on the company constituency. 

• Sole Proprietorship:
  1. Address Proof of the Principal place of Operation of the company : Rent receipts, Lease agreements, Property tax receipts, Municipal Licensing or Registration Documents etc
  2. GST Certificate
  3. IEC Allotment Letter
  4. Business Proof:Registration Certificate like Udhyog Aadhar Certificate or Udyam Registration or Certificate/license
• Partnership
  1. Partnership Deed
  2. GST Certificate
  3. IEC Allotment Letter
  4. Address Proof of the Principal place of Operation of the company : Rent receipts, Lease agreements, Property tax receipts, Municipal Licensing or Registration Documents etc
  5. PAN Card of the Partnership firm
  6. Registration Certificate
• Private Limited & Public Limited 
  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Memorandum of Association
  3. Article of Association
  4. PAN Card of the company
  5. GST Certificate
  6. IEC Allotment Letter
  7. Address Proof of the Principal place of Operation of the company : Rent receipts, Lease agreements, Property tax receipts, Municipal Licensing or Registration Documents etc
• Limited Liability Partnership
  1. PAN Card of the company
  2. GST Certificate
  3. IEC Allotment Letter
  4. Address Proof of the Principal place of Operation of the company : Rent receipts, Lease agreements, Property tax receipts, Municipal Licensing or Registration Documents etc
  5. Certificate of Incorporation
  6. LLP Agreement

Customers will also have to complete the Customer Due Deligence (CDD) of Beneficial Owners, Proprietors and Authorised Signatories, for which the following details needs to be submitted.

1. A recent passport size photograph of the individual
2. An officially valid document like the Voter's ID Card, Passport and the Driving License. Aadhaar card cannot used as an OVD.
3. Verification of the PAN Number
