Setting up DBS Ideal App/Netbanking

Step 1: Once your DBS account has been created, you will receive an email to the registered email address with the instructions to setup DBS Ideal.

Step 2: Download the attached PDF and use the password received to your registered mobile number to open it.

Step 3: As instructed, go to http://idea.dbs.com, use the email address and the registration code mentioned to login. Please do this before the expiry date of the registration code as mentioned on the instructions.

If the values entered are validated, you will be asked to enter the OTP sent to the registered email address. 

Step 4: Go to the inbox of your registered email address and you will find the OTP. Enter it to continue

Step 5: If the OTP is correct, you will be directed to setup a new password.

Step 6: And you are done!! You have successfully setup the DBS Ideal Netbanking.

You can scan the QR code download the DBS Ideal app from the Google Playstore and the Apple Appstore. 

You can use the app to access your Ideal account and it also acts as a digital token to approve your transactions and authenticate your identity.
