Step 1: Download the DBS Ideal app on your android/apple device. Open the application.
You will be taken to various pages including the privacy policy and the permissions required.
The app requires permissions for notifications and to access the local network.
Navigate through these pages to see the login page.
Step 2: Click on Login with Email and enter your registered email address and password.
Step 3: Once you have logged in, Click on Register now.
Step 4: Enter the 6 digit OTP sent to the registered email address.
Login to the inbox of your registered email address to get the OTP. The subject will be 'DBS IDEAL Soft Token Provision Request OTP'.
Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP and you have successfully set the digital token!
Additionally you can setup a Digital Token PIN and Facial Recognition for added security.
